The pricing is based on two things: the number of team members on your plan and your billing period (monthly or yearly). In the case of social media tools, it also depends on the number of accounts you want to add. Yearly plans are 25% less than monthly plans. All major credit or debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Bleue, Union Pay are accepted. Payment via PayPal is also accepted. For Enterprise clients, invoices can be accepted for orders that meet a minimum fee.

The payment method is secure as it uses Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider to process payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1— the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.
If a payment fails, it could be due to Stripe’s automated fraud prevention toolset, Radar, blocking any payments that they identify as being high-risk. The most common reason why they block payments is because the CVC or postal code doesn’t match the information on file with your card issuer.

Simplified Return Policy?
Simplified.com offers a Free Forever plan where users can try basic functionalities and make an informed decision. However, refunds are not offered. If unsatisfied with a plan or needing to change it, users can downgrade the plan or pause the subscription to avoid future charges.
Users can change, cancel, or downgrade their plan easily. They can also change or upgrade their plan if they need more quotas or features. To avoid future charges, users can downgrade to the Free Forever plan, or pause or cancel the current subscription. In these cases, no refund will be issued, but users won't be charged for any future subscription renewals.
Cancellations are defaulted to be set at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the days users remained on the previous plan. Customers are held responsible for managing their accounts, billing cycle dates, trial end dates, and credit limits.
If users believe there's been an error, they should contact Simplified immediately to try and solve the issue. They can cancel or downgrade their plan, then message Simplified on their Chat within the Simplified app or email directly at hello@simplified.com. They should provide their email, account information, sign-up date, and cancellation request date to speed up any due refund process (if applicable). If applicable, refund requests may take up to 2 days to be processed and can take between 10 to 30 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Please note that due to the nature of some products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. There’s just no way products that may have been exposed to water, bacteria, or extreme temperatures can be resold. For this same reason, exchanges are not offered.
How To Open A Simplified Account?
To open an account on simplified.com, follow these steps:

- Enter the email address that you wish to create your profile with.
- Enter your company name, if any. This is especially crucial if you plan to use the collaborative workspace feature!
- Set a password and then retype the password again to confirm.
- Click sign up!
After clicking Submit, you'll receive an email with a verification link. Go to your email inbox, open the email you received from Simplified, click on the link, and your account will be verified and activated. After verifying your account, go back to the login page, input your email and password, and you'll be ready to start designing with Simplified!
Alternatively, you can sign up using a Google account. Click on the Continue with Google button to sign up using a Google account. After signing up using your Google account, you'll be ready to start designing with Simplified!
Remember, it's as easy as logging in if you have already created your Simplified account. If you have been invited by a co-worker or team member to join a collaborative workspace on Simplified, you can use this space to get started with your Simplified account!
